Natural Wedding Guest Glam

My friend, turned client, Ceci attended a wedding in Miami early January. She usually doesn’t wear makeup, so we went for a soft-glam makeup look. Here is her full transformation! Scroll to see the products used to create this look.

Step 1) It’s very important to start with a bare face and apply moisturizer to the skin.

Step 2) I like to then continue with eyes and brows. It allows me to create whatever look I want without worrying about the concealer or foundation getting dirty. We kept the eyes subtle with earth-tones & added some lightweight lashes.

Step 3) Cream products like foundation, concealer, contour should be applied before any powders. (Of course a primer was applied before). I like to contour with cream products on clients who ask for a more “natural” look, because applying too much powder products can really make the look a bit more cakey.

Step 4) Once I set all the cream products with a light layer of power. Blush and bronzer were lightly patted onto the skin. BUT, the best part about this makeup was the highlight. Can you say G*L*O*W. To achieve this look, I went for a cream highlighter & topped it with a soft layer of powdered highlighter.

Step 5) To keep the look youthful, I went for a light lipstick topped with a gloss for some lip-hydration. Remember to set your makeup before running out the door! This is a key step in getting a FLAWLESS finish, no matter how “natural” the look may be.
